The first of its kind Movie Museum of the Northeast of India was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Tarun Gogoi on the 29th of December, 2013 at the MPCC, Jonaki under Assam State Film (Finance and Development) Corporation, 6 Mile, Guwahati. It has posters, costumes of actors, videos, models of shooting sets, gramophones and even a memento shop. A must visit for movie buffs!
